Purchasing, or refinancing, a manufactured home may require a HUD Certification inspection if you are using a HUD program, such as FHA/VA, to finance the home.

TEK Inspections can provide these HUD Certifications because we have partnered with MFD Home Certifications, US LLC to provide lender required inspections.

Mold can be present almost anywhere.
